These creepy eyeball gelatin shots are a fun and festive treat for Halloween parties. They look terrifying but are simple to make.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12 shots

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet flavored gelatin (orange or red)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Edible eyeball candies or maraschino cherries with a candy eyeball

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and dissolve the flavored gelatin according to package instructions.
  2. Pour the mixture into small silicone molds or cups and chill until set, about 2-3 hours.
  3. Once set, gently remove from molds if used, and poke a small hole in the center of each gelatin shot.
  4. Fill the hole with sweetened condensed milk or a small piece of cherry to resemble an eyeball’s center.
  5. Place edible eyeball candies or candy eyeballs on top as the eyeball’s iris.
  6. Chill again briefly to set before serving.

Notes
