- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Cajun spice mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and garlic until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute chicken with shrimp for a seafood variation.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
