Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan to form crust.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, corn syrup, and brown sugar until boiling; pour over baked layer.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
