  • 2 cups caramelized onions
  • 2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
