Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Divide dough into squares, spoon meat mixture onto each square, and pinch edges to seal tightly.
- Place bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melty.
