- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Carrot and bell pepper strips (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cooking for 2-3 minutes to coat the beef evenly.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like carrots and bell peppers for extra crunch and color.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
