- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut into strips.
- Place a spoonful of beef and cheese on each strip, then roll up tightly.
- Arrange rollups in the baking dish.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush over the rollups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

- Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
