Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken tenders into the eggs, then coat generously with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
