Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
