Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and stir until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked tortellini into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
