- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked shredded chicken to the pot.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
