Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing cubes, cheese (if using), beaten egg, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh thyme or sage to the mixture.
- You can prepare the balls ahead and refrigerate before baking.
- Serve with additional cranberry sauce for dipping.
