Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 fresh lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly over it.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the crust.
  4. Arrange lemon slices on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chopped herbs, salt, and pepper over everything.
