- 1 ready-made pizza crust
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 fresh lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly over it.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the crust.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs, salt, and pepper over everything.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with a little more olive oil and fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute goat cheese or ricotta for mozzarella for a creamier texture.
