- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 8 sausages (your choice)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw puff pastry sheets if frozen. Cut each sheet into 3-4 strips.
- Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
- Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with dipping sauces.

- You can use different sausages like chicken, beef, or vegetarian versions.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle garlic powder or cheese on top before baking.
