- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to low, add butter, garlic, and thyme to the skillet.
- Simmer and baste the steaks with the garlic butter sauce for 2 minutes.
- Remove steaks, let rest for 5 minutes, then spoon additional garlic butter over.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
