- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup cookie dough chunks or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and half of the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir into wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in remaining chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is fudgy. Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For extra gooeyness, underbake by 5 minutes.
- Use store-bought cookie dough for quick prep or homemade for custom flavors.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
