Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken strips with paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add minced garlic during the last 2 minutes of cooking to infuse flavor, then remove from heat.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Once the chicken is cooked, set aside.
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of the garlic-infused chicken evenly across the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle generous amounts of the cheese mixture on top of the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to enclose the fillings. Toast the wraps in a skillet or oven for extra crispy edges—place the wraps seam-side down on a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and gooey inside.
