- 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Place beef in slow cooker and add vegetables around it.
- Add garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
- Shred or slice the beef, serve with vegetables and gravy.
Notes
- You can add additional herbs like thyme or parsley for extra flavor.
- For a thicker gravy, remove meat and vegetables, and simmer the liquid until reduced.
