Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with remaining olive oil and roast for 10 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, coat cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce.
- Serve chicken topped with sesame seeds and scallions alongside Brussels sprouts.
