- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, ginger, green onions, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Toss baked meatballs in the sauce or serve sauce on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Perfect for gluten-free diets if using gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
