Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, ginger, green onions, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce or serve sauce on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
