Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
- Place a spoonful of apple filling onto each pie crust circle.
- Fold the crust over the filling and pinch edges to seal, creating a mini pie shape.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crusts are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
