Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of each serving cup to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cups over the crust.
- Top with sliced strawberries and additional crushed Oreos.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
