- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add fried chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot.

- Adjust honey for sweeter or less sweet glaze.
- Serve over steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
