Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then cook until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, pour the sauce over, and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
