- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then cook until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, pour the sauce over, and stir to coat evenly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for a different protein option.
- Adjust the sweetness or saltiness by varying honey and soy sauce quantities.
- For added crunch, top with chopped peanuts or cashews.
