Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- Mix cooked shrimp with spicy mayo until well coated.
- Layer a mold or use a spoon to assemble rice, shrimp, and avocado in stacks on a serving plate.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
- Optional: Wrap each stack with a small piece of nori for added flavor.
