- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the broth, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and chili flakes.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with sriracha and chili flakes as desired.
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
