Instructions
- Boil noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add lamb strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion; sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.
- Stir in soy sauce and ground cumin; cook for 1 minute.
- Add sliced bell peppers; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine cooked noodles with the lamb and vegetables, toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and fresh herbs.
