  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add chicken to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red bell peppers until fragrant and tender.
