Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Toss chicken chunks with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and sliced peppers; sauté until peppers are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add cooked orzo and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
