Instructions
- Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine, then remove from heat.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl to make the spicy sauce.
- Assemble bowls by placing cooked rice in each bowl, topping with cooked ground turkey.
- Drizzle the spicy mayo sauce over the top, garnish with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes.

- You can substitute turkey with chicken or beef.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing sriracha.
