- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice or steamed rice
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Divide rice into bowls, top with coated chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha for spice level preference.
- You can substitute grilled chicken for crispy fried for a different texture.
