Instructions
- Start by dicing the bell peppers, slicing the onion, and mincing the garlic and ginger for efficient cooking.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sliced onions, garlic, and ginger; stir fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender but still vibrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Drizzle with sesame oil and stir thoroughly to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld flavors. Adjust seasoning as needed.
