Instructions
- Season beef bites with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker.
- In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over beef in the slow cooker.
- Add potatoes around the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
