- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully core the cabbage and blanch leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until flexible. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ground meat, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll up neatly, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through.
