Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, spooning sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar just before serving.
