Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and bell peppers until tender.
- Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce is smooth and heated through.
- Mix cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring all pasta is coated evenly.
- Top with sliced jalapenos and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapenos according to taste.
