Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through and gravy is flavorful.
