- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through and gravy is flavorful.
- Optional: For a thicker gravy, remove meatballs, pour the liquid into a saucepan, and stir in cornstarch dissolved in water. Cook until thickened, then pour back over meatballs before serving.

- You can add chopped mushrooms or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
