Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, flour, and tomato paste to create the gravy mixture.
- Pour the gravy over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and gravy is thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
