- 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak or beef strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then return beef to skillet.
- Mix cooked pasta into the skillet, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and everything is combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

- You can substitute the beef with chicken or vegetarian protein options.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce.
