- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, cook until well combined and heated through.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for beef for a leaner option.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste for saltiness.
- For extra veggies, add sliced bell peppers or broccoli.
