These cheeseburger rollups are a mouthwatering combination of savory beef, melted cheese, and aromatic garlic butter encased in flaky pastry.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to beef and cook according to package instructions. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles.
  5. Spread garlic butter over each rectangle.
  6. Distribute ground beef evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Roll up each rectangle tightly, sealing the edges.
  8. Place rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
