Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, tomato juice, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve in glasses or bowls garnished with lime slices and additional cilantro.
