- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push chicken to one side, add garlic and ginger to the pan, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Servez garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

- You can add mushrooms or snap peas for extra crunch.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
