- 4 sausages, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and sliced bell pepper, cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute sausage with chicken or turkey slices for a leaner option.
- Adjust soy sauce to your taste for more or less saltiness.
