Instructions

  1. Let refrigerated pizza dough sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or prepare homemade dough and let it rise.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a ½ inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then add pepperoni slices and diced cooked chicken evenly across the surface. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Carefully roll the dough tightly from the longer side to form a log. Slice into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
  6. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the rolls for a golden crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and bubbly.
