Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix tahini and honey until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
