- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crispy breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth. Cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with crispy breadcrumbs and monster-shaped toppings.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
