Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Simmer baked meatballs in marinara sauce for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Can be cooked on stovetop in sauce or baked directly in the oven for crispier exterior.
