- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
- Spread beef mixture over each rectangle, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up tightly.
- Melt butter and whisk in minced garlic; brush over each rollup.
- Arrange rollups on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add sautéed onions or pickles for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of crispy fries or fresh salad.
