  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Spread beef mixture over each rectangle, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up tightly.
  6. Melt butter and whisk in minced garlic; brush over each rollup.
  7. Arrange rollups on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
