- 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet puff pastry or low-carb dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until soft, then add garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
- Cook sliced steak in the same skillet until browned, season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pastry and cut into rectangles suitable for wrapping the filling.
- Place some beef, vegetables, and cheese in the center of each rectangle. Roll up and seal edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- You can use low-carb dough for a healthier option.
- Ensure the steak is sliced very thin for easier rolling and quick cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
