Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or low-carb dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until soft, then add garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
